How do I make a booking?
Please visit the Guided Walks page to see what’s currently available. Once you've chosen a tour & date, you can then book & pay online. Online payments are accepted via the Fareharbour booking service.
How do I make a cancellation?
Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the tour. Please visit the Contact us page to get in touch. For cancellations within 48 hours of the tour you will be able to rebook your tour for a date to suit you.
How do I find the tour guide?
Your guide will be present at the tour meeting point (Choristers Green, Cathedral Close) at least 15 minutes before the start time.

Is the tour accessible?
Yes this tour is accessible.
What do I wear on the tour?
You can wear whatever you like on the day, but bear in mind that the English weather can be unpredictable. We will be spending the majority of the tour outside so if it looks like rain you may want to bring a jacket & brolly just in case. Don't forget to wear comfy shoes for walking.
What should I bring?
A bottle of water to keep refreshed & definitely a camera.
How much walking is involved?
The distance involved is moderate. There are no hills.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, no — several of the locations we visit don’t allow pets inside, so dogs aren’t permitted on the tour. Guide dogs however are always welcome.
